At Primrose Awnings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space. If your awning or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your customer account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

Package Your Item

Carefully repackage the product in its original shipping materials, ensuring all mounting hardware, crank handles, and instruction manuals are included.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery markings.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for resale condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
